Refund policy
We hope you love your 361° product, but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return them with our 30 day returns policy. To assess both fit and comfort of shoes you should only try your 361° inside the house on carpet and not on hard surfaces or outside. Please do not remove the tags until you are 100% sure of your 361°.
Should you wish to return your 361° product for exchange or refund, you will need to pay the return shipping costs to us. We in turn will cover the shipping costs of any replacement products to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Any returns that do not meet these guidelines outlined will be declined. Any items returned to exchange or refund, must be in their original condition with product tags and original packaging intact. If the product you purchased was received in a shoe box, we will also require this to be returned in as new condition. 361° have the right to decline any return that does not meet these guidelines.
Any 361° product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the place of purchase. We cannot accept 361° product not purchased directly through us.
By Post
If you purchased a product online, you can post the item/s you would like to return directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and invoice/proof of purchase.
Once your item(s) have been received, we aim to process your return within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for a refund to be received into your method of purchase from date of receipt.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense, and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return unless faulty or wrong items received in which case please contact us before posting your return.
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
Faulty Item
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
